متن نامه تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر:

خواهشمند است به نحوی مقتضی به اطلاع دانشجوبان محترم دوره‌های دکتری رسانده شود که از ارسال مقاله به مجلات لیست پیوست و مشابه آنها که ظرف یک ماه مقالات را در مقابل اخذ وجه پذیرش می‌نمایند خودداری نمایند تا به مشکلات احتمالی عدم قبول آنها از جانب دانشگاه برخورد ننمایند.
